You will
need the following ingredients: one and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour,
one and a quarter teaspoons of baking powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda,
half a teaspoon of salt, two eggs, three quarters cup of sugar, half a tea
spoon of vinegar, two teaspoons of pure vanilla extract, half a cup of milk,
half a cup of vegetable oil.
Info:
Preparation time should take around ten minutes, baking time should be between
fifteen to eighteen minutes. To make the bunny and eggs you need to add the
following: two cups sifted confectioners' either powdered or icing sugars, half
a cup of unsalted butter, one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, 4oz cream
cheese, two table spoons of milk, food coloring , pastry bags, Easter candy
eggs.
Follow the
instructions: Use a mixer, either electric or hand, and mix the cream and the
butter till they all become smooth and very fluffy. Next add the vanilla
extract. Using very low speed on the mixer gradually beat up the icing sugar.
You should now proceed and add cream cheese and start beating up the
ingredients on high speed till when the frosting achieves a lightness look and
feel. Now tint the frosting with the food coloring of your choice. To make the
grass, put the frosting in a piping bag and hold the tip slightly above the
cupcake and squeeze the tip as gently as you possibly can. After the frosting
touches the cupcake, you should immediately lift the piping bag back up and
proceed with squeezing until you make enough grass. After the frosting
solidifies you can place your favorite candy eggs and the Easter bunny! Happy
Easter! Enjoy!!!
